What is Evolve's Return Policy?All returns must be authorized by email: evolveclothinggallery@gmail.com. Returns must be received within 10 days of you receiving your order for online credit only. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed in original packaging. Products and packaging returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Original shipping fees are not refundable All Returns are eligible only for online store credit. Select items are not eligible for online/store credit returns, including but not limited to all purchases made with online credit, special limited releases, headwear, jewelry, and eyewear. All items sold on Sale or discounted price are final sale. If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice. Evolve Clothing Gallery reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. All canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee. Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?You can only ship to an address that differs from your billing address if you select PayPal as your payment method at checkout. All other payment methods require us to ship to your billing address.

Can I place an order online and pick up in store?Yes, please select the pickup in store option in the checkout process. You will receive an email as soon as it's ready to be picked up.

Does Evolve offer price matching?Evolve Clothing Gallery does not offer price matching. We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases if those items are marked down at any time. We reserve the right at anytime to correct product pricing and descriptions and to cancel any order based on incorrect pricing or description.

Can I make changes to my order?We take pride in expediting your order quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes or adjustments. Please contact evolveclothinggallery@gmail.com as soon as possible.

What shipping methods are available?We use UPS Ground for shipping most of our orders. Please note due the the value of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. UPS 3 day shipping is available for an extra charge. We do offer free shipping on most orders $200.00 and over (not including the added shipping charge) excluding special release items.

Why was my order cancelled?Orders can be cancelled due to multiple issues. We may not have been able to verify payment or shipping details. You are welcome to place the order again using a different verified payment method. An order may also be cancelled when items in your order are unavailable. If such a cancellation occurs under these terms a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

When will my order ship?All Continental U.S. orders placed Monday – Friday are subject to a 24 - 48 hour processing time. An email notification will be sent to the email on your order with order confirmation and a tracking delivery number to track your order delivery date. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (excluding Holidays). Currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or International.

Are the Sneakers Men's or Women's sizes?All of our footwear are Men's sizes unless indicated Womens in the description title of the style.
